I’ve never had an issue with the staff. My kids are happy. I feel like they’re safe and cared for. My eldest daughter picked the children up a few times, and until she was recognized by the staff, she was questioned for her ID and had it validated against the authorized pick up list every time. The hours and tuition are reasonable. We’ve been attending since June 2021, and plan to right until school age, and every summer after that. And so much art work!!! My fridge is full of things they’ve made. Don’t let the other reviews scare you. My husband and I both love it.

Worst daycare in Seguin! I have tried them out twice and each time was horrible. My 5 year old was kicked out because the teacher was not watching him and he accidentally hit another kid because they were running inside and they made it seem like it was on purpose and kicked him out. My son cried and told me it was an accident. Then they tried kicking out my 3 year old because she cried too much in the mornings when I dropped her off. Horrible teachers! They don't watch the children, and sit them in front of the tv more than half the day. This daycare should be reported and shut down.

Sugar and Spice #2 has been great for my baby! The staff loves on him and are very attentive to his needs. Communication is quick and informative. The facility is clean. The price is great as well. I have only had positive interactions with the staff. I feel that my baby is well cared for and safe when he is here.

This is the worst day care. My daughter never wanted to go and she usually loved her other day care. She would come home with huge bumps the size of golf balls. I rushed her to the doctor who refused to do anything because I didn’t have an appointment. But I made the doctor come out and look at her. I was panicking. A couple hours later they went away. So one day I went to pick her up and I was very quiet when I went in. They didn’t know I was in there and I was listening. One of the ladies said to a child, “Let me change your diaper.” The kid wasn’t compliant. “The woman said do you want your butt to hurt?” And then the kid complied. I reported it to the front desk and the management said, “I told them not to talk like that but they just keep doing it.” So apparently that’s the way they are all the time. Also, I’ve tried putting my daughter in time out, she knows she can get up and run right out of it. I’ve actually gone two hours trying to get her in time out. So when I got there to pick her up I was very surprised to see her in time out and with a very angry look on her face. Now maybe I should have done more but that does not give ANYONE the right to hit my daughter. With all of the four factors aka facts I believe my daughter was hit with something.

The staff are so nice and give you daily updates through an app on the phone. My little one is 2 years old and he always gets excited when we pull in the parking lot. I would definitely recommend them, price is excellent as well.
