What Parents Say
Studio Kids receives predominantly positive feedback from parents, with most praising the educational curriculum, caring staff, and clean facilities. However, two negative reviews cite poor communication accessibility and a refusal to refund a registration fee when a parent cancelled within an hour of enrollment.
Studio Kid has offered a solid preschool experience for our child. The staff and teachers are not only skilled professionals but also show a genuine care for the children. The curriculum is well-structured and educational, which has positively impacted our child and many other families in the community. It's clear that the institution values each family and fosters a sense of community. Thank you for your dedication!

Their highly educational curriculum and learning process have significantly benefited our child and countless other families. This is an institution that genuinely values each family and its community. Thank you!
I signed my daughter up for this daycare and paid a $1,150 non-refundable registration and supply fee. Just 20 minutes later, I lost my job and immediately tried to cancel. They refused to answer my calls and only responded via text, saying they would refund part of the first month’s tuition. Even though my daughter never attended a single day, they still refused to refund the $1,150 fee. I did try to dispute the charge, and the daycare countered and won. I understand I signed a contract but I can’t believe they think it’s reasonable to keep $1,150 when no service was provided and I called them within the hour to please cancel the charge. What registration or supply costs could they possibly have incurred in that short time? I would strongly caution other parents against sending their child to a daycare that refuses to communicate and seems more interested in taking your money than providing care.
I’ve tried calling this daycare multiple times over several days and no one ever answers the phone. When I finally got through, it seemed like the receptionist was also one of the teachers, which makes me think they’re seriously understaffed. If they can’t even manage basic communication with prospective parents, I’m not sure how they’re handling day-to-day care. Definitely raises red flags.
My son started this school when he was 12 months old and it has been a great experience. The facility is immaculate, with all educational materials needed and surpassing quality expectations. My son's teachers are sweet, caring, and very communicative. My son did not get his first "daycare cold" until he had already spent 4 months in their care. Overall, our experience has been nothing short of amazing. This is not a corporation, it is an Immigrant-Women-Owned-Small Business. As a multi-racial woman I would like to thank Studio Kids for taking loving care of my son!
