What Parents Say
Strictly Pediatrics Center Inc. in Maryland Heights receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from parents, with most praising the caring and professional staff, child development outcomes, and safe environment. One negative review alleges discriminatory practices and poor handling of a medical program enrollment situation.
My daughter attended here 2023-2025 and we are so grateful that she did. She LOVED it here and it set her up for success in Kindergarten. Every staff member - from admin to her teachers to the Lunch Lady (lol) - really cares about kids and wants the best for them. Highly recommend it here and getting on the waitlist early.
Both our boys attended Strictly for years. The entire staff is fantastic and we were extremely lucky to find them.
Highly recommend. My family loves everything about Strictly Pediatrics. From the moment we dropped off our daughter on her first day every teacher has shown her love, care, and compassion. We’ve always only felt true comfort when dropping her off each morning. While my daughter gives me a smile each afternoon when I pick her up, it’s only half the size of the smile she gives each of her teachers when I drop her off in the mornings. Miss Danielle and the rest of the teachers in the Infant/Toddler rooms are second to none. Why anyone would choose another daycare in the Maryland Heights/Creve Coeur area is beyond me.
I waited a year on a waiting list for their medical program in Brentwood. After a couple months at Brentwood, they switched my child to Maryland heights location claiming she’ll do better there when I waited a YEAR for the Brentwood location specifically. At Maryland heights, they then decide to discharge her after I advised she wouldn’t be there a couple of weeks. Janice the owner is very selective and discriminatory against certain families. It seems as if they pick and choose medical children they want in their program who they will be paid the most for. I confirmed with my insurance that there were no issues with my child missing two weeks while Janice the owner claimed insurance wouldn’t pay out. Janice has been looking for a reason to get rid of my child for awhile now, and thought by switching her to Maryland heights, that I would just give up. Well I never gave up on care for my child while this facility caused me and my family so many adversities and punished us for real life problems. They claim their medical programs serves the ultimate benefit to these children, however, I would like to disagree. I saw them pick and choose favorites and families and I am thrilled my child no longer has to be a victim to discrimination because her needs don’t meet theirs. Janice is unprofessional and hung up on me when I begged her to allow my child to still attend. Yes, she became combative, manipulative, and hung up on me. Real professional for a medical program with fragile children.
We have had nothing but a great experience here from the first time we contacted them. The teachers are very caring and you get picture updates throughout your child’s day. The director is also very helpful. Keeps parents informed. Oh And our daughter tells us she loves the food too :)
