The nephew goes here and the other day when his mother picked him up at around 4:30 pm they informed her that he had an accident at lunch time and instead of calling her or the emergency contact to ask for someone to bring him a change of clothes they made him go outside and finish the rest of the day til she arrived in the clothes he had accident in!! That is child neglect and endangerment and there is ABSOLUTELY NO excuse or justification for this.
