As a mother, I trust that when I leave my children in a childcare center, they will be protected, respected, and treated with care. Unfortunately, that trust was broken at this place. My child was involved in an incident of physical mistreatment, and although I reported the situation and met with the administration, they decided to keep the person involved working with children. Despite my child’s statement — which was clear and consistent — he was not believed nor given the benefit of the doubt, as if a child’s word had no value. Even though my son was moved to another classroom, I was not given any real assurance that my children would be 100% safe, and that is unacceptable. I firmly believe that no adult accused of mistreating a child should continue working with minors, especially when the victim’s testimony is completely disregarded. For all these reasons, I made the immediate decision to withdraw my children, , from the center. I am sharing my experience because I believe other parents deserve to know what can happen and make informed decisions. The safety and voices of children must always come before the reputation of any institution. Thank you for your response. However, as a parent, I strongly disagree with your conclusion. My main concern was the safety and emotional well-being of my child, and I do not feel that proper action was taken to protect them. While you mention that investigations were conducted and found to be “unfounded,” that does not change the fact that my child was affected and that I witnessed behaviors that no parent should ever have to overlook. Procedures on paper do not always reflect the reality of what happens inside a classroom. I share my experience not out of anger, but to ensure other parents stay aware and to encourage stronger accountability and transparency when it comes to the care and protection of children. Every child deserves to be safe, respected, and truly heard. I added my answer because even if no cause was found due to lack of marks, it does not mean that it did not happen.

My kids has been with Care A lot North Greece since 2 years old , they are now 10 . I would not bring them anywhere else ! My youngest did cause a disturbance for awhile and they have worked with me endlessly ! The main staff has always did their best and I believe they install the same morals to the new staff and they are just as GREAT ! My kids love all the staff and children there . The center is very well structured , clean , friendly and loveable !

Care-a-lot North Greece has been an amazing experience for our son! He started at 10 months and is now 32 months! The teachers are so amazing there and he is thriving! I highly recommend it for anyone looking!

I absolutely love love love this daycare & so do my kiddos. They have been so patient and work so well with the kids to help them adjust to daycare. My kids love their teachers so much & they truly care about the kids too. I absolutely recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a safe & special place for their kids. I am very sad that the owners of this daycare do not appreciate the amazing teachers that they have enough to pay them a fair wage, it is causing so many of them to leave. The teachers are what makes this such an amazing daycare, I sure hope they have a wake up call and adjust before they have a full turnaround.

Care-a-Lot has been such a blessing for my family. My three-year old has learned so much that I never could have taught him and my 8-month-old thrives. The educational component is fantastic, and the teachers and staff treat my children like family. The communication is wonderful and I feel my children are safe and cared for every time I drop them off. They will be better prepared for school and life having started out at Care-a-Lot.
