Story Time Preschool & Child Care

This Isnt One of Those Fake Reviews. My Daughter Has Gone To Story Time For Almost 10years. I tried to leave twice due simply to work route but I ended up back. We love miss Marci especially. Shes not that fake day care lady you see time and time again. shes honest but yet professional. She makes me as a mother feel reassured in a normal as if she was the reliable family friend way. My daughter has special needs. They actually follow requests (observed many times in pasy years like spraying bug spray on her and knee pads when going outside) , have shown so many times the love they have for all children (called me one summer asking if they bought a wagon could she sit in it to join on field trip!), truly recommend S. Cecelia location. So glad I came across them and having them a reliable trusting place for my child!

My kids went there for 1 day - they said they were yelled at all day. My son found old food behind a toy kitchen. One teacher hit/pushed my child when telling her to go pick up a chair. My son said he was yelled at everytime he tried to climb on equipment outside, okay then what is the equipment for? Cussing all day long and told young children to “shut the f up”. My kids are school agers so they recollect very well! Had teenagers sitting around talking about boyfriends etc and running around doing stuff in the center which I don’t believe is okay- they aren’t held to the standards and legally employed there if something were to happen. They cried and begged not to go back! When my kids dad called to report what happened to the owner- she did not seem to care one bit it was just “oh I don’t know who of my staff would do that” yeah I’m sure your staff has never been complained about? Doubt it. This was my kids FIRST day and they’ve never had an issue at any other daycare- EVER. Chaotic, unorganized and the first thing out of my sons mouth when he walked downstairs was “it smells really bad”. Drop off was unorganized. Small - which wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t cluttered. Doesn’t look like they’ve upgraded or boughten new toys for this place for YEARS. Luckily I’m not a parent who had to overlook these things to make sure my kids have care….

Ok anonymous, the truth, it was because of this daycare that the child wound up in the hospital because they noticed issues. It happened immediately after she showed up. To try to blame a daycare for something so ludicrous is criminal. They truly care about their kids and the families and I would recommend them all day long. These people have been working for years because they love kids. It's a terrible loss for the child's life, but it had nothing to do with the daycare. You should be ashamed for trying to spread such trash, and you sure don't have the guts to post your real name!

They had abused me when I was younger and my mom had reported it and they had done nothing not only my mom but a few other parents this place has haunted me.

Exceptional staff, reasonable fees and a positive atmosphere. Love this place!
