IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone there! They're never busy but yet no on ever answers the phone! There are certain questions that the 800 number can't answer! That is why our local one is there! And if by some chance you are able to get ahold of someone.... they're RUDE!! This place really should be looked into and put under better management!

You can never get through to anyone there and when you leave a message noone returns your call. This place really need some looking into bad.
