The Arlington camp was disorganized. Younger kids are grouped with holder kids and got bullied. Could not sign up for specialty classes online. Kids had to run to the caferia to sign up for baking and most of the time all of the spots were gone before the little kids can sign up. Kids can roam around the whole facility in an unorgainzed fashion. Drop off and pickup lines were long and made parents late for work. Jordan (Arlington camp director) did the best that she could after being thrown in a the last minute to replace the director who resigned. She was responsive to email and request. She was pleasant. The Startbucks that was chosen for parents to meet Essie (the first staff that was going to be the director) to show the campers birth certificate was 17 miles away from the camp. I emailed Essie asking that they change the Starbucks to one that is closer to the camp since most parents live by the camp. She emailed back to say she didn't choose the starbucks, but she didn't attempt to rectify the problem. Parking was a nightmare at the starbucks. It seems that the Starbucks chosen was for their convenience and not the campers parents. I had great hope for this camp. I bought an unlimited pass, but ended up putting my child at the YMCA for two weeks because she didn't like how unorganized the camp was. I had to use the camp since I paid $3,270 and didn't want to pay another $3K to another camp while I waited for a refund in September.
