Steps To Success II

I would think twice about using this daycare facility. They over packed the classrooms with children, the staff and also directors (Olga)are rude. While going for a tour, I noticed that none of the staff had control of the classroom. The school prioritizes over packing classrooms as opposed to actually caring about their students.

My girl absolutely loved steps to success, the teachers were so caring and my daughter truly loved them! Home cooked meals, a wonderful play space, fun activities daily and plenty of outdoor play time. I love that they update you through the day with personalized photos through a safe share app, not video feeds. They have a great security system that made me feel so safe leaving my baby in their care. They even plan interactive events like Dino day where a man came to show the kids real reptiles (my girl still talks about it!). Being a first time mom I hadn’t realized how truly special it is to find a caring day care. We only left because I hadn’t realized I could apply to 3k until the application closed, otherwise we would have gladly stayed! She still asks about them and says she misses them 🥹 I just had to review hopefully it helps other parents!

My kids always come home happy from here with lots of stories to share about the activities that they did that day. They eat good quality, home made food, they interact with other children, and they develop in a calm and growing environment. i love steps and recommend it to everyone

Excellent establishment. Kids love it. Wonderful environment. Teaching is superb. My kids are doing well outside of the classroom as well and even though they’re leaving the school in a year to go on to elementary I’m sure they will take all the lessons and experiences they had here and further continue their success beyond.

Both of my kids attend Steps 2 and absolutely love the daycare - from the teacher to the kids to everyday activities kids are always happy. As a parent - I am overly impressed with the kids curriculum’s and what they come home knowing at such young ages - I am also confident in the fact that during the day kids are not hungry as the menu which is updated monthly is out of this world and kids even come home asking for “Sadik soup”! The teacher are easy to get ahold of for questions and the daily updates are great - especially if you are like me and can’t really call in from work to check in. Steps has been using brightwheel app which has proved to be a really great asset for communicating in real time with both management and the classrooms! We are approaching our last year here and it really pains me to have to leave - but we are also excited about the Broadway show graduation we hear about from other parents - and I must add that although we are sad to have to move on to grade school - I can say my kids are more than prepared to be independent and I am sure will be successful moving forward!
