We love all the Teachers and staff here. My little one went to work with me everyday until we decided it was time to transition away from mom and get him ready for Big school. He is 4 and has learned and grown so much since coming here. We are so happy with our choice to send him here. I was super nervous mom about sending him anywhere and I felt so comfortable with sending him there just from the Tour. Thank you Mrs.Crystal and staff for teaching my Boy! He absolutely loves going to school everyday!
Because my review on Facebook mysteriously disappeared, I’ve chosen to leave one on Google as well. My son went here for a little over a month and we did not have the best experience. All I ask is that my child be treated how you would want someone to treat your child. In the beginning I was told the infant room was just reopening. I was also told such good things about the teacher and couldn’t wait to meet her. After meeting her we spoke and exchanged contact information and I started to feel comfortable with leaving him there. The only downside is I could always tell when she wasn’t there. The care just wasn’t the same. I was often told the center was “short staffed” and I totally understand this but there’s no way that I should be able to tell when a different person has had to take over. I have worked with children myself; this is the reason you cross-train and communicate to learn more about the child because no two children are the same. I feel that it was seen that I had a problem with a male caring for my child and this is not the case at all. When I went for the tour the male worker was present if I was uncomfortable with him caring for my child I would have looked for another center after the tour. Also I could tell that on certain days the staff did not want to be bothered or deal with my child. There were even days I went to pick him up and there was little to no conversation from the director. With Covid rules I do understand that parents weren’t allowed inside but seems as if this rule was for certain parents because one day I went and a parent walked in the center to grab her child’s backpack. Because of this I limited the days that he attended to once a week. The final straw was when I walked in on a conversation among staff talking about my child being there. This told me everything that I needed to know. I would have preferred to have been told that caring for my child was a problem this way my money could have been taken elsewhere before having to deal with any of the issues I dealt with.
Understanding. Took my child out of one daycare due to them not doing what needed to be done. My child is almost potty trained which he should have been. Not blaming this daycare. They are doing an amazing job. My child ENJOYS IT HERE.
After a week or two of sending both of my kids (10mo and 3yrs) to this place, they both ended up sick. Sneezing, coughing, and the older one complaining about headaches. Additionally, my child came home with a magnet!! This place does not seem safe and I do not recommend sending your children here.
