Stepping Stones Learning Center And Infant Care

This place is amazing! I love the care and education that they have given my son. He is cared for, thriving and growing. All the teachers are so wonderful especially Ms Charity and Ms Hope. My child also had special health needs and I wasn’t nervous with him being taken care of. The teachers cared for him as though he was their own.

My first 2 kids were at Stepping Stones for preschool and then after school care. They were advanced amongst their peers academically which I believe is a result of the head start they got learning each day in the preschool program. In the after school program, they would come home daily with all of their homework completed. The Stepping Stones team took a ton of time focusing on their homework with them and reviewing it to make sure it was done correctly. I cant say enough about the great memories my kids have of their time in the program which allowed me to feel great while I was at work. We had such a wonderful experience the first time, it was no question to me where I should enroll my infant once she needed daycare. She is now in the infant program and I feel fortunate to be able to have her at Stepping Stones while I'm at work. It is very clean, organized, and the team their are all amazing with the little ones. I know she is going to get the attention she needs and I am excited that she can be in a program focused on her and surrounded by age appropriate friends to play with throughout the day.

They are an amazing daycare/preschool! My kids have been there from infant to preschool and have loved all their teachers. Great staff and great communication.

My child was neglected while attending Stepping Stones. She was left to sit and suffer in the same diaper she was dropped off in until I picked her up at the end of the day. A parents nightmare. Daycare Horror story. No signs of remorse, lack of apology and total lack of concern for the well being of my children. Was my child totally ignored the whole day? How do you not smell a dirty diaper? How do you not see a bulging diaper? How do you not feel a soaked diaper? Neglect. That's how. I will update my review with my MANY concerns and issues I have with this place but due to pending legal action I can not discuss further. There are plenty of great daycare facilities in the area. Skip this one..Do not allow the owner/"director" to explain away or minimize the severity of the complaints filed with the licensing board or the complaints or poor ratings on review websites.

I guess this place used to be okay, but just this week, my granddaughter had the same diaper on when she was picked up that she was dropped off in. They said they just overlooked it........hmmm.... needless to say, she was not taken back to be "overlooked" or abused in this way. After reviewing that days video and realizing no one ever changed her diaper, their response was that they too would be livid, but if they could do it over again, they would change her diaper. Children are not experiments to be redone..... very concerned for the children still there. Also noted in the video of that days events..... my granddaughter only had the one bottle she arrived with. Even though she kept shaking the bottle at the workers to show she wanted more, they ignored it and did not get her the 2 additional bottles in the refridgerator that were ready and waiting. I am appalled that this can happen at a licensed facility.
