I called to schedule a tour and the asst. director nor the director were on hand to speak with so I was asked to call back in 20 minutes. I called back three times and no one picked up the phone and the calls were within the 4 o'clock and 5 o'clock hour which is before they close at 6:00pm. I then left a message which was never returned, therefore I never got to tour the building. If I send my child somewhere, I expect someone to pick up the phone when I call... or at least return my call in a prompt fashion.
