The director Elana is the most unprofessional director I've ever come across. She doesn't handle situations/concerns. She hires unprofessional teachers as well. 2 different occasions a teacher there talked negatively about my daughter's hair! The only good thing at this daycare is ms. Cathy. My daughter also stuck a button in her nose during nap time and the teacher never knew. I found out once I picked her up that afternoon. So many things happened here. Can't name them all. My kids faces were dirty with food at pick up times. My son had a mark on his nose that NOBODY could ever explain to me what happened
We absolutely love this place! My son has special needs and was not potty trained. So a lot of other daycares would not take him at his age. Stepping stones found a way to help us put him in a typically developing class without any trouble. My son has excelled since being in this facility and we are so grateful to have them!
