It was good, but I'm a kid that went there, and their hires sucked, I went when I was 8, and I'm now 13. The lady would grab my arm, digging her nails in it, and they don't have the right nurse aid when you get hurt. Also, they wouldn't help if you have a bully, not even the owner would help, I was best friends with this girl, and she had a "I hate tessa Club." I'm tessa, btw

Director is very unprofessional. Center was dirty. Holes in walls were covered up with toy shelves. Infant room carpet isn't kept clean. Allows teachers to wear shoes in the infant room as well. No cleaning procedures. Smells like mold. They allow children to come with fever. Director allowed rooms to be out of ratio so she could leave early for the day. Teaching staff is great. They are very caring, and love the kids.

Inadequate staffing. Not reliable childcare. Unprofessional director who is difficult to communicate with and has no idea how to handle a child with big feelings. Solution is always to send the child home when staff get too frustrated. Not willing to work with parents to reach solutions. They did not follow their own handbook protocol regarding discipline when they kicked out my son with no notice after being there nearly 4 years.
