Stepping Stones Childcare Learning Center INC

My child didn’t even attend but the registration and payment and total lack of knowledge from staff that handled the enrollment was outrageous. What a scam of a place. First I go there to look before I put down the deposit, then she tells me I have to pay $265 which goes to the first week of daycare care and that it would be refunded if I changed my mind. I went gave them the check called it good. No then they leave me voicemail and voicemail and an email stating they still need another $200 dollars for the spot hold. So I tried calling them back and left a VM and they still didn’t get that which is absolutely insane. I reply to the email stating how much I already paid and they said nope you need to pay the $200 in addition. Then they make it incredibly inconvenient to drop of any payment. I ended up having to have one of my family members drop off the payment because they needed it ASAP. I’m sorry but in my opinion your lack of trained staff shouldn’t become my emergency?!? After ALL of that. A few weeks before the start date some things changed so I wouldn’t need daycare. Well when I tell them they inform me that “they aren’t sure who told me that I would get any money back as ALL OF IT is NON REFUNDABLE” I’m sorry what?! Such a flipping scam! They don’t care if their poorly trained staff don’t do their job correctly and completely LIE TO YOU. They just are looking to take your money. If their administration is so poorly trained I couldn’t imagine how poorly trained the people that take care of the kids are. Completely rude and disrespectful people that don’t understand customer service. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

My daughter has been with Stepping Stones since she was 1, she is almost 4. The amount of love and care this center has put into my child has been phenomenal. My daughter had a speech delay and they recognized this. They immediately got her into speech therapy which the therapist comes to the center to see her and she has flourished with speech since. They also had a physical therapist come and evaluate her. (All with my permission) because of toe walking. We have had nothing but a great experience with this center. My daughter loves going to school everyday and she is sad when she leaves. She loves her caregivers and they love her. We are so grateful to have her in such a well rounded and caring center to help her grow and learn! Thank you to all of the Stepping Stones staff for caring for my sweet girl everyday for the last 2.5 years!

My child has been enrolled since she was 6 weeks old, is currently 2 now. She has the best care above and beyond! The learning environment they provide is exceptional for all ages. I cannot say enough good things about the care we have received and about the great relationships my daughter has with all of her teachers!

Have had 2 of our kids there, staff are nice, responsive, caring to their needs and even help out during difficult situations (Covid). They are constantly coming home with arts and crafts, new songs, learning to play with kids their own age, and the best thing is that there are no TVs!

If I could give this facility zero stars, I would. They don't even deserve one. Horrible facility, have zero care for children or parents safety and concern. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE
