I started going here when I was maybe 6 or 7? It was HELL! My sister was left in a high chair all day with just her tablet. They wouldn’t do anything and would leave her there to cry. Even younger me knew this was wrong and told them to stop, but they ignored it until my mom stepped in. I also once was playing with a younger boy, just walkie - talkies, not even on. Turns out they were meant to be in the babies room and they DRAGGED the boy across the floor to separate us? I wasn’t allowed to go anywhere else. This was just one of the days I didn’t have school. They also wouldn’t pick and choose favorites, which was horrible. I’ve heard a worker from here was arrested for child abuse later on, but I’m not 100 percent sure.
My 3 year old grandson went to another daycare for three weeks before going to Stepping Stones. He used to come home hungry, thirsty and unruly. He stopped potty training and cried every time he went. We changed to Stepping Stones and everything changed! He loves it there! He is back to potty training, he doesn't even notice or care that I'm leaving and he does not come home ready to eat everything in sight. We could not be happier that we found Stepping Stones Childcare.
