This lady rushed me into signing paperwork to get my kids switched into this place, assured me she’d work with my schedule and be able to give me reliable childcare. I saw red flags when she didn’t want my kids dropped off till 9:30 because nobody wants to come in before then (even though they advertise other hours they’re really only free from 10am-5 or 6 or when they feel like). The place was decent but lots of places for kids to sneak off or get hurt but the teacher assured me that even with one elderly teacher she’s able to keep up and that she has the older kids help her. (Mind you they only have 12 kids.) I figured I’d give it a few days and see how it goes. Well I show up Monday at 9:30 AS AGREED UPON, And nobody’s there. Mind you, I’d JUST spoken with the owner 20 minutes previous and she said all was good to go. So I am sitting there and I’m trying to call and now suddenly she won’t answer her phone. 3rd time she answers with an attitude. I ask why is nobody there to take the kids and she said the teacher isn’t here today and I’m driving. Are you serious?! Soooooo unprofessional. Then I ask why did you have me sign my kids up here if you don’t have to staff to actually care for them and her response is “good point.” This is why they can’t get business and only have 12 kids. Smfh thank god I didn’t send my kids here.
Great daycare very nice staff manager is even nicer and very caring. Daycare is very nice kids love going there a very safe and clean environment no one there is toxic like what you usually see in other day cares staff doesn’t nt even caring that much about your child but this daycare does would highly recommend.
Wonderful environment for children to learn and grow. The staff is exceptional and the facility is very safe and clean. Would definitely recommend!
