So I am from Baltimore Maryland, and I've been in a blizzard. South lake tahoe is a place where people have big trucks and all wheel drive. Tahoe is the mountains, so winters is longer here than summer. January 27th and it snowed a foot. They shut the schools and Daycare down lol. To be honest if I could take my kids to another daycare I would. Not reliable at all I've miss money from work lots of times dealing with this place to be honest. 1994 was a blizzard in Baltimore Maryland where buildings was falling because of the heavy snow. I've been in tahoe.for 16years and seen worse snow than this and they didn't shut the schools down.
For any perspective parents looking this school year or next, Step by Step has been great for us. We highly recommend and their staff has been loving and caring, very good at communication. Grateful Step by Step is in Tahoe

My daughter D is in this daycare they are outstanding to her. The head of the preschool are super attentive very welcoming and organized teachers and teachers aids also.
