In my experience the childcare center is reliable and gives notice when a closure happens whether due to Covid19, holidays or other events. The incident my child had included an incident report and the staff and teachers were available to talk at given times. The reason I opted to attend STEM educational childcare center was because word-of-mouth from a friend who suggested it because their kid's attended, also the extended hours were helpful, the previous daycare that my child attended had hours that were not compatible with my work schedule at the time so I was thankful to find a childcare center with better hours. The owner/staff is professional and accommodating to the families/community they serve.
No structure or organization at all it's a free for all don't believe me enroll your children see for yourself the worst decision I ever made as a parent is to place my children there and I have to live with that regret the rest of my life children are being tormented by two children she doesn't want to disenroll because she started in her home with them no actually licensed CDA teacher's just former co workers and family no lesson plan not very clean environment and I'm not writing this to bash but please heed my words I know the hours are good but it's not worth a permanent scar on your children mental health if I knew how to document this to the state with what I have I would just to save other children
