I myself had gone to this center as a child. To this day, I still think about some of the traumatic experiences I faced. Rude staff using physical force to punish the kids, uncontrolled chaos in the rooms, little safety precautions. I remember being left in the pool alone/unable to swim and being punished in inappropriate ways for not being able to finish my food. The staff was incompetent when facing children’s emotions, leading to a lot of unnecessary conflicts. Overall, Starling left me with the most unpleasant memories of my childhood, don’t let this happen to your children.
Nowwww why yall tried to charge tht lady extra because her son has special needs when no one is on staff to deal with a special needs child? Sooo just take her money and do what with her child? SMH shameful behavior!
We absolutely love Starling iThe teachers and administration make us feel like our son is a part of their family. They are responsive, caring, and thorough. It was challenging returning to work but they made the transition so much easier. My Son is engaged in so many activities! I couldn't imagine sending her anywhere else!! Each day my son is so happy when she is there!
If there was an option for a half of star I would give that only because my kids enjoy the pool and a few other activities. Other than that, this daycare is horrible. The owner is very rude, unprofessional, incompetent, and mean and nasty according to the kids and what I've witnessed. She pretends to be very sweet and accommodating when you go for a tour. Lies! Don't believe it. My kids have been there for over a year and it's been nothing but problems from day one. I am currently looking for another center. My children have come home with marks on their face from other kids climbing tree braches and not being supervised. Kids are being inappropriate, stealing and using foul language. My kids have told me numerous times about teachers and other staff members cursing at the kids. I would never recommend this center to anyone. Ever. If you want quality childcare this is not it.
Teachers and staff are all great. Nothing short of an excellent experience at this location. Highly recommended. Almost forgot. The Director here is the best around. My kids love her!
