I don’t understand how they get away with having such poor interpersonal communication skills. Also very disorganized. I called about a diagnostic report for my son who used to have services and they told me I’m not a legal guardian. They went as far as to say my son was in foster care to my parents and I’m not listed as his mother. Then when my mom goes down there they tell her I am listed as the mother and they are not able to release information to them. Very confusing and caused a lot of stress. I’m still waiting on a report after being told to email them and have never received a response. Called today and was shuffled off the phone quickly and they said they would give the information to clerical. So we will see how long I have to wait. Due to this confusion I am not able to find services for my son who has ASD
Just visited for the 1st time a few days ago with my son. So far we love it. Looking forward to visiting again.
This company has helped my family so much since the day we enrolled our daughter in Early Head start home based program. She has now been through her Early Head Start center program and is almost finished with her first Head Start year. She has had great teacher and very caring and loving family services workers and support staff.
I feel like the felled my child,as I was teaching him at home and trying to stick with the goals I had set for him. Which was preparing him for kindergarten.All that one teacher Mrs. Palmer could say to me was,we don't know what he knows. Y'all are the teachers,so teach the students, there's no reason why I should be doing your job and mine as a teacher. Teaching does start at home,but you will never know what a student knows if you're not trying to teach them,or find ways have them interact and pretispate. Thank God my child had me! Maybe I can't even include Ms Susan into this,but those were Mrs. Palmer's exact words to me the parent.
I highly do not recommend this company Lacriesha Brown is very unprofessional hired my company to be a vendor and did not pay invoice until 5 days after service was rendered left me to pay my staff with no money. Vendors take payment first with this company to avoid problems.
