Our kiddo has been thriving at star child. Their curriculum exceeds our expectations and the teachers and elementary leader have been fantastic. Their weekly communications and updates are great and the school has been engaging in a ton of fun activities. They make accommodations for our family when needed and are always looking for the child’s best interest. We are excited about new leadership, the recent interim leadership period was difficult, as the temporary school leader did not align well with the schools needs. We’re optimistic that the school will return to its strong positive environment, as the teachers, elementary leader and admin staff are just wonderful and love their jobs and our kids like they are family. I love Star Child Academy-Lake Mary. Everyone is nice but Ms Claudia is the best. She is very nice and very helpful. I love my daughter teacher, Ms Lois. Overall, i will rate this school 5star.
Couldn’t get our son out of there fast enough. We documented every time our son was getting bullied. When we brought all of that data to the administration and asked what was gonna be done, they didn’t even have a policy. They took it under review and then got back to us two weeks before school started and threatened to unenroll us. Of course we fell in line, but without regret, left the instant we could.
My kids have attended StarChild Lake Mary and have grown up under the care of the amazing staff. This place has been good to us for a long time and I have never worried about the safety of my children at this facility. I recommend this location to locals in the area considering child care. Thank you to everyone at StarChild who have been a big part in the development of my children.
Starchild Academy has been an amazing experience for my child! Their progress in reading, writing, and daily Spanish in kindergarten has been remarkable. The school is well-organized, and Ms. Veronica stands out as a caring, dedicated teacher who makes learning fun and engaging. Highly recommend this wonderful school!
