Ms.Lana and the staff are amazing. As a first time daycare family there was a lot of anxiety with transitioning a 4m old but having classroom access to the live feed has completely helped to ease any anxiety with seeing my son happy, interactive and loved by his teachers and staff. They treat him as if they’re his family. To be able to smile at work with watching him being taken care of is a blessing. Ms.Lana goes over and beyond with celebrating the holidays making the days special for each kid and also thinks about the families by sending picture surprises. She also incorporates cultural celebrations to encompass diversity and inclusion which was amazing to me on a daycare level. This center is truly my son’s home away from home. I can be shopping in town and his teachers are asking for him when I run into them-that’s the level of investment each staff truly gives willingly. We were waitlisted for another daycare that was our first choice prior to finding this center, after 2months of starting this center we received the call that he had a spot-not to mention it would cost less as well. We chose to keep him with Ms.Lana and turned down the seat. During times of inflation and financial struggles for most-us choosing to keep him at Star Cubs should speak volumes!
My children attend this center and there are not enough great things to say about the center and everyone there ! The center is immaculately clean and well taken care of, everyone always has a smile on their face and that includes the children there. My children are always happy to go, the children are not only well taken care of but are taught new things and fed healthy snacks and meals. If you are looking for a safe, clean and loving place to send your children this is the place!
Terrible, owner is unstable and rude. Had a hissy fit, because someone parked in the parking lot to pick up their special needs child at Hanover. Blocked her from getting out ,and screamed at her for parking there, mind you, there was about 15 parking spots that were empty. He reminded me of a child throwing a tantrum. I would not want my child around someone like that!!
Great, great, great. Can’t say it enough. Lana is great and it’s such a luxury to not think once during the day how our 2 year old is doing. She loves it and we have great peace of mind, which can’t be understated.
