Loved the staff, they were very accommodating with the tuition and they took walk Ins with no problem.Treated my children very nicely. My 2yr old son was pushed down by a another (unknown child by me but known to them) and his front tooth became loose from the fall. The teacher admitted she saw it happen in person.Not only did they not write a report they refused to inform the parents of the child that harmed my child so I could at least talk to them or they know. Lucky for us I called the dental office and they stayed open past hours and waited for us to get there."Blessed Dental". They discounted me and the charges came out to only $50 so I let it go and payed my last week of tuition in full on the due date even though my child did not go for any of those days.I kept my agreement (hope I can be a good example to someone)but I was most upset that the Owner wouldn't talk to me nor see me for a meeting and her close morning helper/cook who I always talk too would not even do the right thing(In the past she asked me to talk to CPS and let them know my good experiences here and I gladly did it to help). No incident report people make mistakes or forget (forgivable)not informing parents about their child accidentally hurting another child and they might be liable is unprofessional and could lead to bigger charges in the future. Theses are children..."You can't do nothing" I would prefer to know/try to fix any situation if my kid hurts someone "possible" before being served and summoned to court randomly while I'm at work or home. That's my experience with this Daycare.
