This facility is terrible! My son was coming home in bad spirit because he was being mistreated by staff. The staff is ghetto and unprofessional!!!! They weren’t even spelling my sons name right on his home work assignments. They also let my sons grandmother pick him up from school didn’t ask for her name or any form of ID!! 3 weeks after being there I took him out of the facility.
This school has something going on to where my child is not picked up everyday by the bus that he’s scheduled to be picked and dropped off on… I’ve called Ms. Slade, Ms. Tiffany, Mr. Glenn the bus driver and no one seems to be around a phone at all when it’s after 7:30 am and he’s supposed to be picked up I’m so sick of this school and I’m so ready for my child to graduate so I don’t have this problem anymore this is so unprofessional I can’t keep missing work because this school doesn’t want to pick the kids up.
This place has awful communication throughout the staff. One person promises you one thing one hour and not even 12 hours later another person takes it away from you. You are treated differently if you have a voucher.
