We had an absolute blast at their annual rummage sale. It was very well put together and they had a ton of staff on hand for checking out and helping with loading items. They even had a will call for putting items to the side while you were shopping for more stuff! I was very impressed. It seems like a wonderful church and the people who run it are obviously very talented and kind. We might even consider joining their congregation after having seen the inside and how well put together everything was.
Attended a friend's funeral. Beautiful church and service. The Christmas decorations were so beautifully done. The Nativity was set up in place of the altar and the statues were life size. The facility is well designed. My only complaint is the Pastor officiating did not wear the traditional robe and he did not wear the pastoral collar. He didn't even wear a tie. His sermon was very good and clearly stated the Gospel message.
Admittedly, I'm one of the pastors at the church, but as of me writing this review, I've only been here for a couple of months. I've been to a lot of churches in my life, and I've never been to one as friendly and welcoming as this one! The people here are genuinely excited to be in church, they love to have visitors, and they do so much to serve the community. At St. Paul we're dedicated to proclaiming God's truth as found in the Bible and to sharing his love with others in word and action. I hope that we'll see you here soon!
I've only been to the contemporary service at 10:45 and it was just okay. The music was just alright. Something I didn't like was that I visited 3 weeks in a row and was never welcomed or felt welcomed. The pastor(s) were never there to talk to after the service and when I tried to get information from the welcome desk, I was pushed off to the side and wasn't given the time of day. Only once was someone there, and I was ignored. This church is not catered towards guests at all and could use a lot of improvements in that regard.
Pastor Robert is such a helpful person. Even though i dont know him, he prayed for my family and helped my dad. I went home feeling relieved and whole. Great listener. I dont know how to put my thoughts about him into words. Stop by and have a conversation with him, you will not regret it.
