Unorganized, unprofessional, only work for the check and not to teach children. They don’t go about their ways of teaching in a way for the child to understand and then they are Not prepared or empathetic to children with behavioral issues. They can tell you everything your child did wrong but nothing of what they taught them or what they have learned for the day. No little homework or learning packets to help at home learning experience. I’d never recommend or refer anyone with children to this school. Oh and they made me sign a late form the last 3 days of school like are y’all crazy? Gotta be. My children are extremely intelligent but this isn’t a school to bring your kids if you want them to actually learn something. I had a terrible experience. On top of the fact I was never allowed to bring my own children into the building the whole year rain sleet or snow they gone freeze until then people open the doors. Don’t expect them to come in 5 minutes early. Sit in your cars smh.
Awesome place! My child has been in the program since she was 4 months and she is 5 now. They offer quality care, education behind the classroom, structure, clean environment, educational materials, workshops, respectful staff, parent connections, community resources and an opportunity to join their team by offering a free CDA program to parents and staff. They always look for was to improve. This is a great place to send your child and an awesome place to work. Why not grow with someone whose willing to help you grow!
Unprofessional, unorganized and lack of training for staff and teachers. My son was injured on they watch. After insisting Ms. Paulette write an incident report she had the audacity to call to the main agency to see if she should write the report, they told her yes. One week later no report. Ms. Brandy told me she didnt find nothing on camera and my son couldve got it at home smh, what kind of mess is that? MY SON WAS INJURED IN YALL CARE AND BECAUSE I ASK FOR A INCIDENT REPORT (WHICH BY THE WAY SHOULDVE BEEN DONE IN THE FIRST 24 HOURS IF NOT IMMEDIATELY) YALL KICK HIM OUT AND BAN ME FROM THE PROPERTY? YOU CANT SHUT THIS PARENT UP!! Mr. Grant, Ms. Hall, Ms. Paulette, Ms. Savage and Ms. Brandy IM BLAMING ALL OF YOU.
No one answers the phone ever. Sherry Turmon sets unrealistic expectations and wouldn’t know what a callback was if it staring her in the face. If you are looking to get any help for your child please look else where. Even if they wanted to help your child, they don’t have the manpower to do so. They are short staffed and very unprofessional.
They don’t care about their workers mental health. Mad if you call off for personal reasons. The supervisors are no help with children with behavior problems. Unorganized!!!! Always unorganized
