My son attended this learning center for 2 1/2 months and this was by far the worst experience from a daycare I have ever experienced The Director Mrs. Stephen’s sent my son home smelling like poop on his first day. She told me she do not assist with bathroom breaks. These children are toddler and preschoolers she is horrible she lacks in communication, personality, and patience I don’t see how she is a Director of a daycare the kids get yelled at from her and she don’t mind suspending a toddler or pre-schooler how horrible is that. She needs to be reported to Bright from the Start and Quality Rated because she truly should not be around children in that age group She is older and her patience is very short when it comes to children I would not recommend anyone taking their child/children there if she is still the director something needs to be done ASAP!
Teachers are family-friendly. The director is very dry with no personality or people skills. Daycare is cheap but down on technology. There is no online payment option. My wife and I had to remove our daughter because she was constantly getting injured and we were never notified (through phone call, in person at the end of the day, or by injury report). My daughter had been hit, bit, and also came home with a black eye one day. She supposedly tripped, hit her face on the concrete, and the other kids trampled over her. But that was not a significant enough event for us to be notified. We met and tried to work things out with the director but she ended up suggesting that we move our child because essentially they were not changing the way they do stuff.
Amazing staff who truly provide a safe, friendly, and amazing learning environment. The daily menu for breakfast and lunch is over the top daily. My 17 and 14 year old children went here before grade school and was over prepared. My 3 year old now attends and it is better than before. Mrs Stephens and staff are outstanding!!!
I absolutely love this school. My girls started attending at the age 2. I wish they could've gone longer. The staff is just like family. Very professional and are serious about preparing the babies for big kid school. I'm so glad I choose this school.
Best Daycare in Savannah!!!! My daughter is 3 she can spell and write her name. Among that she recognizes her numbers and some of her alphabet, shapes, and all of her colors.
