I have tried to call this place numerous times and no one ever answers the phone. I left a message and even emailed the email address online and still no response. Finally I called about 2 weeks ago and a lady, I believe she said her name was Susan or Suzanne answered the phone very rudely. I asked about childcare for my child and her response was oh I was on vacation, just send an email. Which I said I already had sent an email and she was like oh, okay well I will get back to you later today. Still no response..so why would anyone want to send their child to a place where no one answers the phone or can’t even get back to you on a simple question.
Allowed kids to call my 3 year old niece to be bullied by the other children. She came home saying the kids were calling her the N word with the R and how shes "scared of school."
Currently sending my 2 year old son here until he can attend preschool. Ms Susan is kind and the whole staff treats my son well.
