What Parents Say
This facility appears to be a Catholic parish/church rather than a daycare center. Reviews consistently praise Father Mike's welcoming demeanor, quality of worship services, and the warm, inclusive community atmosphere.
No place like it. The love, passion, and spirit of Christ shines through Father Mike. He genuinely loves his parish and his God. Music is by far the best around. Choir Director has beautiful voice and shares her talents. I heard string instruments during Christmas! Parishioners are warm and welcoming. Perfect option if you're at Rocky Fork camping.
I feel my experience needs heard my wife and I found ourselves homeless and hungry in a matter of weeks after a house fire left us with only our faith in God and our fellow parishioners red cross was so gracious and helped us in the first week after the fire and time and time over we was told contact local churches they will help with humility and a prayer we tried and the first call was president to what we found to be the Total opposite of of anything. We were told and everything. We believed that our fellow brothers in faith and sisters in faith would do if someone was in crisis and came to them. We owe only said. Can you please point us in the right direction? Because we do not know where treturn if nothing else. Just please point us in the direction so we can find resources. We didn't ask for money hotel. We didn't ask for that. We wanted some guidance because we had no family friends. We always said we have our brothers and sisters. In faith, we always said we are never gonna be alone in this world. Until the first call, we made to this Catholic Church. I prayed after that phone call. This was never going to be how We will feel after hanging up. From a phone call, we're every bit of our pride. Was flushed down a toilet. But As this was the majority of our conversations with churches in our area, not all we're dismissive and So fast hang up the Phone. The first Presbyterian Church is a shining example of what most people believe that local churches will do if you are in a crisis like this unless you have been a victim of something tragic like this. And truly experience the alone that comes with not having family or friends in an area where you have found yourself. II am a godly man. And we're a godly house. But don't let yourself be fooled. It is not as it is told there are examples of what a Christian or a person of faith is supposed to be first presbyterian in Hillsborough shining example. Of fa place to be loved and accepted. I just hope and pray. Nobody has to be in the position that my wife and I have found ourselves in do to no fault of our own. I pray that nobody ever has to hear call the local church's. They will help you because if they believe it as we did. The disappointment and the hurt and the embarrassment of door after door being shut phone call after phone call being cut off and/or never returned. That's a hard disappointment to overcome. The reason I'm replying. What's this review? Supposed to do is allow someone to hear. An honest missed 100% accurate account of what happens when you call a church? In a tragedy. When all you had was the hope that what this church claims to be is true. But this church and the majority they don't even ha. Hearto say, can we pray with you? And if they are courteous enough to exit the phone call. With? A give me an hour so I can make some calls and I will get back to you. I'm gonna see what I can get done and see what kind of options I can see around there for yourself, a man of God or a place of God to do that. Knowing that that return call is not happenand if that call gets placed to your phone again, you will ignore it. Shame on you. How dare u stand and bear yourself? False witness as a man of God, a man of faith or an organization of such. You should really be ashamed of yoursells. II myself. My wife asked you for nothing but guidance and all you can tell us is we don't dot a not a offered prayer. Not an invitation to come worship, not a slice of bread. You should be ashamed to call yourself Catholics. As I am ashamed at myself for relying. On your words, to be true. All the years I was raised in that Faith I always said The offering I leave from my hard work will help someone in need but i can say with 100 perxent knowledge it does not
