Beautiful church & grounds. They do have a public bathroom for visitors of the town. Their rose garden out front is worth a visit!
Perfect wedding venue, wonderful & welcoming church! My husband & I have been attending St. Mark's the Valley for a few years now, driving up every so often from our home in Santa Barbara to soak in all the goodness SMITV offers. We love the community, and the warm and welcoming "vibes" to people of ALL faiths (or none!). We chose to get married here and we are SO thrilled with our decision! Fr. Scott performed the ceremony and I really appreciated that he got to know us over the course of our engagement (esp. through the pre-marital counseling sessions). Candy Waldron who runs the community kitchen helped us orchestrate our reception BEAUTIFULLY, even when we moved the event inside just a few days before the wedding (due to weather concerns). We just got our sneak peek photos back and had to share them here - it's SUCH a gorgeous place to get married, not to mention a wonderful place to attend services. Beautiful, welcoming, peaceful church. So kind of them to offer use of their restrooms to anyone and everyone, in a town that seems to have no public restrooms.
Wonderful campus and welcoming community in the Santa Ynez Valley. Rev. Randel and staff open this facility for daily public use and numerous public events. It is a beautiful, quiet place in a busy, commercial, wine infused, town of Los Olivos.
Such a wonderful and welcoming place. Many community groups use the spaces for free. The rector is smart, loving, welcoming, and caring person and the community is supportive. The choir and organist are wonderful!!
