As an organization already dedicated to nurturing young minds, your action teaches a powerful lesson in empathy and community support that extends far beyond your local neighborhood. We are profoundly grateful for your partnership in this vital cause! Your contribution will make a tangible difference in the lives of those it reaches, offering them comfort and essential support as they begin their difficult recovery journey.
My child has been going here since he was 10 months old. He went from the infant room to the toddler room now he is in the preschool room. I'm very pleased with the staff at this center. I feel confident my son is being well taken care of and he's happy and learning.
My child attended this daycare for about three months, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. This daycare is unprofessional and filled with unnecessary drama. Instead of focusing on the children, many of the staff treat it like a social hangout. Kids are not learning here—there’s no engagement, no activities, and I never once heard the teachers doing something as simple as singing the ABCs. Another major issue is with belongings. If you send your child with clothes and diapers, don’t expect them to come home with their own. On multiple occasions, my daughter came back wearing another child’s clothing and even someone else’s diaper, which is completely unacceptable considering I always provided more than enough for her. The staff also gave off the impression that they didn’t even want to be there. Too often when I dropped my daughter off, they wouldn’t greet me or acknowledge us—they were busy on their phones or in their own conversations.
My daughter has gone to this school for almost 4 years. We've recently pulled our child from this daycare due to bullying from staff. Our daughter was ridiculed for her hair not being up to their standards despite her phobias of having her hair brushed. She was forced to look at haircuts and staff members told her she looked like she had maggots in her hair. This has to be one of the most embarrassing incidents I've encountered as a father. Emailed Ms Sally with no response for meeting. Avoid this daycare as compassion is in short supply.
The director should retire. They had no fund s to pay the staff but the staff continued to work for them. The ratio from teachers to children is out of ratio. There was no heat in the building. There was a teacher that had 20 kids one day cause they are short staff.... if you dis agree with the director then your out!!!!!
