I'm a little biased as this is my home church. What attracted me to St Mark is the home small town feel. People are friendly and welcoming. God is truly working here. Many of the services have hit home. Always looking forward to being there.
We've entrusted St. Mark with the care and teaching of our son in the 4 year old preschool. Teacher Miss Megan is truly a blessing. She's everything you would hope for a preschool teacher to be - friendly, fun, patient, kind - and then much more. Our son has high-functioning autism, and she has helped him thrive in a group environment and "love" school. This is a testimony of how she is able to adjust to the needs and differences of each child. She always keeps parents in the loop with multiple forms of communication (a take-home folder, parent-teacher online portal, even text message) and always responds to any questions we have right away. Additionally, Pastor Kirk, Mr. Tim (the "music man" as our son affectionately calls him), and Miss Karen (secretary) love on the kids and add to the positive learning environment. We're nearing the end of the 2021-2022 school year with our oldest son, and are already planning on having our youngest attend St. Mark next year.
Three full years of preschool and we are 125% satisfied! Flexible schedule, adorable, safe, and clean. I am a helicopter Mom and we have ZERO complaints! The teachers Miss Megan and Miss Danielle are amazing! Always happy and providing our children with a positive learning environment. Thank You St. Marks staff!
