Most would assume any child care center that's for BJH/Washu employees has great quality staff, it's not. Kids eat off napkins with salsa, poor tasting food served-most kids won't eat anything all day. And bringing a lunch for the child is not an option. Teachers are the biggest concern. Lack of compassion, poor communication, and uninterested in knowing a child and using their interests as their strengths. Teachers have open sores on their arms and work in an infant room with nothing covering. Infants/children are screaming at top of their lungs for a need, completely ignored. The list continues. Huge waitlist for this center, and no idea why. You are treated as a number for their daycare, nothing else. There are huge concerns with this center, and the director, Traci, (and Gail, Lori), have been met with on several occasions with no progress. I hope this review gives you insight on what nightmare our family went through.
