My daughter has been attending St. John’s for 2 years now. We love this school and our daughter is excited to go to school everyday! She is learning so many things! Letters, numbers, some Spanish, as well as excellent social skills and more! Mrs. Kio has been an excellent teacher!
My daughter witnessed one of the daycare workers in the one year old room putting her nose against a child’s nose while sitting in his high chair. The daycare worker was also witness screaming at this child at the XO top of her lungs and cussing at the child. Very unexceptionable.
My youngest son has attended this school for a year and a half now and I have never been happier with a day care/preschool facility. He has never complained about going to school and my oldest who sometimes attends during the summer or holiday breaks also loves the school and teachers. I recommend this preschool to not only my friends and family but anyone looking to send their child to a day care/preschool.
Very disappointed due to teachers action on students, just because this is a religious preschool does not mean that there is reason for adults to physically harm a child. It is repulsive and it happens too often in all areas of teaching. As a parent I can understand frustration with children, but harming them will not help the cause. For Carissa's review, I am so sorry this happened, we all are very hurt for you. As a parent my heart breaks for you and I hope criminal charges are brought upon Mrs.Bush as an example. I am passing this along to other parents in the area, so they do not end up with this teacher.
Very professional. Love the fact that my almost 2 yr old can speak some Spanish, do Sign Language and can sing several songs by her self. Love the Staff always super friendly!
