First impression was the facility overall is not in good condition but we still decided to see what was inside because we planned on visiting 3 care centers. Ide like to tell you it was better, but it was not. Chaotic is a good word to put it. Staff in sandals, every day clothes, building is needing an update, staff and adults had piercings and colored hair, multiple staff members hopped up on caffeine. We couldn't leave fast enough. These are not the roll models we want around our children.
We had our son here and were very sad when we moved out of state. This was our third daycare we had been to, Sprouts being one of them. I felt heard, like they cared about my child, and they had amazing communication. My son was always happy and would go right to all of the teachers! We will miss all of the girls very much!!
My son has been going to this daycare since he was around 6 months. He is now 4. He adores his teacher Mrs. Bekka. Everyone of the teachers greets Anthony when he comes in and when he leaves. Mrs. Laura is great. I am a very protective mother. Anytime I have questions or concerns I speak to Mrs. Laura and she fixes any problems I may have. When Mrs. Laura is not there I speak to Kristen. She is awesome and extremely helpful. Anthony wakes up everyday ready to go to school. On the weekends he wants to go to school to play with his friends and learn his letters. It brings me great comfort knowing he wants to be there. I adore the teachers at this school.
I have 3 children 4 and under, this is the only the second daycare my oldest 2 have been to, and my youngest first. They have been WONDERFUL in teaching them and encouraging. Also very helpful to me being a full time college student, and understanding! Great place for parents and for your children!
they are awful my child always came back with bruises and welts on her thigh and they couldn't account for it she always said the kids there picked on her, the teachers don't know what they are doing. i pulled my little girl out of there cause there's obviously something sketchy going on there then they smile at you and act like everything is fine and are surprised when you find your kid is all beat up when you pick them up i had gotten a report one day that a little boy had choked her for not giving up a toy she had. AWFUL PLACE DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE . irate it one star for poor management
