Springfield Christian Kindergarten

This 5-Star review concerns the way my children are graciously treated by every staff member at this school. Top notch stuff guys, the education and spirit of everybody there is tuned to note that is pleasant for parents and family and everyone who is there in support of the youth who will grow up into awesome people. However, the Halloween event last year is something that bothered our family. Parents were wearing trash bags in support of Donald Trump, at an event aimed exclusively for children. My wife and I were disgusted. This is an event for children, and I expect staff members to shut down any kind of outward political messaging at an event for said children. There were not one or two people doing this, it was an entire group of parents, and not one thing was said to them. Regardless of what side of the fence you're on, it really takes away for the experience for the parents because now I have politics shoved in my face at a private preschool event for kids that are 4. Please do not allow political posturing during events. Put the word out. Make it clear to parents that have their children enrolled that this behavior is unacceptable. With the current political climate, this was trying provoke a response from others and then what happens is your preschool event is now vulnerable some kind of situation involving groups of people arguing or even worse, slugging it out, or even worse than that is outright violence that impacts everybody at the event. Help prevent scenarios like this where people can get worked up to the point of taking action. I expected staff to shut this down immediately, but it didn't happen. Do better.

I cannot say enough GOOD about Springfield Christian Kindergarten! All of the grandchildren in my family have gone to SCK and now my son does. It feels safe, the teachers and staff are wonderful, it's small enough that the kids get more individual attention, but big enough that they can make so many friends and have multiple class/teacher options. It's extremely reasonable (especially for private schooling)! It's a great foundation for your littles before they enter the big world. I couldn't recommend SCK enough! A special shout out to Mrs. Potter, Mrs. Nichols, Mrs. West and Janelle in the office!

We’ve had 2 kids attend the 3 and 4 year old classes. Everyone is so sweet! Our kids were definitely prepared for kindergarten, and loved going to school everyday!

This school has truly been a blessing for my daughter and I. I absolutely adore EVERY staff member there and could not be more grateful for the love, support and understanding they have shown my family. Thank you so much!
