My daughter has switched medications EVERY month for the past 6 months- really since the new med provider started. We had a med evaluation on the 7th- my husband was FIVE minutes late- they absolutely refused to see my daughter, Even though it has been documented by both her case manager and therapist that this new medication is causing her to have adverse reactions and we needed to be seen immediately due to this. They refused and said that she couldn’t be seen for another WEEK. The night we were refused to be seen- my daughter ran away. It took us and law enforcement TWO hours to find her. Fast forward to the next day- We are sitting in the Emergency Department waiting to be admitted for a pediatric psychiatric hold until we can get her medication under control! This most certainly could have been avoided had she been seen on Thursday. I absolutely love Spring River- the therapist side of it- HOWEVER, I would stay FAR away from anything to do with the medication side of it.
The best bunch of people to work with, very friendly and helpful and will Go out of their way to help.
