Spring Hill Head Start

I would like to take a moment to share one of the most heartwarming experiences I have had recently. Ms. Charlotte Martinez assisted my daughter with an application for my grandchildren, for childcare program and from the very beginning she made us feel welcomed. While completing her work with my daughter, she also took the time to interact with the children, keeping them engaged and even making them giggle. Watching their joy brought a smile to my face. Charlotte demonstrated the qualities of an outstanding family advocate—professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Her pure-hearted nature left us with an incredible first impression of the childcare program. She not only gave my daughter hope as she works toward her goals but also reminded this grandmother, who doesn’t move as quickly as she used to, how meaningful kindness and patience can be. Thank you, Charlotte, for your dedication and the joy you brought to our family. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

I've left numerous messages on multiple family advocates voicemails. My son was due to start school in November. And I haven't even received so much as a call back. Between the mom and i, we've call a total of 7 times. Very frustrating that you can't even get someone on the phone for any reason at all. Super unprofessional. This is alarming to me, since communication is almost non existent

So grateful for all the teachers and staff. My son has learned so much here.
