I had both of my daughters enrolled here, and our experience was very disappointing. I was one week postpartum with our third baby, still adjusting to a new routine, and we have very little outside help. One morning we arrived at 8:58, dropped off one child, and walked into the other classroom at 9:01. Because of their “1 minute past 9” policy, my daughter was turned away. There was no understanding or flexibility, even knowing our situation. When I spoke with the director, there was no apology or effort to make things right, so we unenrolled. What made it worse is that months later I heard the same staff member who turned my daughter away was caught calling a child an inappropriate name That speaks volumes about the lack of professionalism and care here. Policies are one thing, but compassion and basic respect for families should matter too. Unfortunately, this daycare showed us neither.
Wonderful place full of wonderful people!! Great resource for new moms and families. I recommend them to everyone! :-)
