SPARK! DISCOVERY PRESCHOOL receives mixed reviews. Three parents praised the school highly, citing wonderful teachers, staff support, and positive experiences for their children. However, two parents reported serious concerns including miscommunication about tuition and registration that resulted in childcare disruptions, and general complaints about neglect and unprofessionalism.
It’s annoying I have to give them one star. DO NOT TRUST this place. I spoke with the lady who answers the main phone MULTIPLE times about my daughter’s registration. Even the day care lady I spoke with. Both of them knew my daughter was turning 4 this month! They told me that part time tuition would be free with universal perk. I called back a second time to confirm this was true before removing my daughter from her daycare and adjusting my work schedule. We worked our entire life around the false information that was given to me. They showed no remorse. Completely turning our lives upside down now that I have NO DAYCARE and a job to get to because of their lies. Completely unprofessional. How do you work the front desk and not know what you’re saying or doing? Are the teachers also this incompetent? I cannot believe the mess they put me in and do not care. And if they respond with excuses just know that I spoke with two different people who both lied. This is on them. Just choose some place else. If they don’t have it together in the front office I can’t imagine they are doing much else right.
This school is amazing both of my kids have loved their time here. The teachers and staff are wonderful and have done so much for our family over the last couple years. Thank you!!
My son loved going here. I don't know a kid or parent that didn't have a positive experience. Worth the money to help prepare your young child.
