Been to Claremont twice, and still could NOT find the office of Southwestern:( Been I have made three(3) trips to Claremont to your office, and to find out the door is locked? How are people supposed to show papers you need? OMG!!
Went to pick application for a friend..it is little difficult to find..just park and walk..much easier..the staff is phenomenal...very kind
The lady laughed at me and told me to walk to the nearest bust stop I have bad knees and it's hard to walk. I am contacting the state of NH and having they're funding pulled. .
Intakes and receptionist need to be paid as much as the other nonprofit organizations pay in Claremont. They endure a lot of stress from pressure and heat from all ends, especially during fuel season. Great benefits, but so does the other nonprofit organizations in Claremont. Just need to be paid more and treated more respectfully.
Very helpful staff that get you the assistance you need!! Pleasant people to have met and I enjoyed the outstanding time and effort that is put towards helping people in need!!!
