All I can say is it speaks for itself when you have centers all around totally packed with 8 pages of kids on their waitlist, and yet you call this one and they are always enrolling or seeking children or employees. Care about your babies more. DO NOT send them to a center that can’t hold employees period. If they can’t hold employees because they treat them so poorly how do you think they tempest your children?! The director and her “friend” director from the blue lick location are AWFUL people who have no patience for children. Period. And the Corporate office could give two ****s to fix the problem. Period.
Extremely bad practices with hygiene, especially with a newborn. Went there for a week and half and took my baby out They even gave me my money back when I told them all I had found wrong upon picking my child up 1) communal spit rag in infant room 2) my baby had someone else's blanket and someone else had hers 3) my baby was in the wrong crib 4) both employees where just sitting on their phone when I picked up my daughter Even if they had never met me, no one asked for my ID. My 2 month daughter spent the weekend in the hosptial with two strains of common cold and had to get a spinal tap after 1 week here and it was only part time.
Found this place through a friend. Nice place, in an older building, but the new owners are making new updates. Freshly painted, and parking lot has been fixed where there were pot holes. Staff are friendly and welcome each child as they see them. Payment plans are ideal for each family lifestyle.
