Switching to Southside Christian has been the best decision I’ve made for myself and my children. The director is amazing!!! The teachers are amazing!!!! Every morning when I drop my kids off I know they are gonna enjoy every second being there!!!!!! They are completely open with communication and always willing to go above and beyond and are so caring with the kiddos. Besides the staff being great; the cleanliness is always on point! My kids LOVE coming every day!!!
Absolutely love this daycare! Transitioning from strictly family watching my children to a daycare for the first time had my heart in pieces. BUT I was so happy to have found this daycare. They made the transition so easy. They have been so thoughtful and caring to us. My youngest doesnt cry anymore during drop-off. she adores her caregivers so much. They are good buds :) The director is amazing as well and is always there when I need her.
Terrible daycare half the time the heat didn’t work and I still got charged. My son was discharged for a hypothetical that a 4 year old has no possible way of committing. The staff would verbally argue with me and abuse my son my dragging him by the arm. They let kids just sit there and cry while they sit on their phones. For $235 a week there are much better daycares out there. I wouldn’t even let my dog be watched at this daycare and the current management is a joke they will hang up on you and suspend your kid at a moments notice. When running issues up the chain of command you are disregarded. This is truly a slum daycare that just wants your money and doesn’t care about your child at all. Do the right thing and pick another daycare because I promise you won’t be happy with this one.
I absolutely love this daycare! My child has been going here since he was 3 months old. All the teachers and the director are amazing. They are completely open with communication and always willing to go above and beyond to help with anything I've asked them when it comes to my child especially helping him to grow and develop. The center is always clean and they prioritize making sure everyone is safe and healthy.
