I had a truly awful experience at this childcare center and would not recommend it to anyone. The lack of transparency was alarming, especially during the pandemic when they used COVID-19 as an excuse to restrict parental access. Parents were not even allowed to view the inside of the center, not even from behind a window. My two-year-old son was there for only two days, and he repeatedly mentioned that the staff were letting the children eat junk food like chips and ketchup while watching TV—something I don’t even offer him at home. This was not the environment I wanted for my child. On the third day, I arrived at 9:02 AM, and they refused to let my son in, citing a ridiculous rule that all children must arrive before 9:00 AM. This kind of rule is not only unreasonable for young children but sends the wrong message. It’s a childcare center, not a place to enforce parental punctuality. Despite being a single parent without any family support at the time, I had no choice but to leave. This center’s practices were unacceptable, and I would never recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, nurturing environment for their child.
