I’ve had serious concerns about the care provided. My child often came home hungry, with meals limited to cereal, crackers, or very small portions. She was once denied more food and left in tears — no child should feel that way. There’s also excessive screen time and minimal structured, engaging activities. More concerning, the center has been reluctant to report minor injuries, like bruises or scrapes from playtime, and my child once described feeling unsafe around certain staff. She told me one teacher was kind while another was rough with her — something no parent should ever hear.
Teachers are very affectionate towards the little one. Daycare on a human scale. Very diverse population. Multiculturalism is at the heart of the classrooms with teachers speaking many languages. Great prices and hours.
I had A terrible experience sending my twins babies here. The teachers in the two year-old classroom yelled at the kids a lot, refused to wash their sippy cups, and we’re not very professional altogether. They were quite frustrated with my kids and it was obvious. They eventually called me into a meeting and expelled my kids for scattering art supplies and waking up other children during nap time. Two-year-olds by the way. Instead of the teachers taking the responsibility of my twins as a learning experience for their portfolio, they became frustrated and disregarded them. This was very heartbreaking for me.
The furniture is not new, but very clean and safe for kids.My kids love the food here..They really care about what they do. This center has also the office that help people in paper work in Broadway ave,the staffs there are great. They take time to listen to you and help you effectively exactly what you need!.This place good organization and effective work!Thank you.
This place booty asf, they got no working Internet. Kids are all in one small room, the air conditioner don't work. The food is nasty and served in small portions and is not usually not enough for everyone. I suggest you not come here or send your children here because this place is booty. Also, the kids start their homework late and have to get picked up early so they don't get work done.
