Told me I would be getting an air conditioner but never received one , I have a 3 month old baby . Why have me waiting just to lie ?? They are very rude over the phone. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone seeking help if u are black !
The employees are always compassionate with every client that the come in contact with. Not one person is ever forgotten, and the workers have incrediblw patience snd focus though stressful seasons.
The help for the community done at SSCAA is wonderful! They help citizens in need with heating/cooling costs, weatherization, and a myriad of other kinds of aide. Helpful, kind, and decent attitudes never make a family in need feel low. They are a real asset in our county.
