Sonshine Daycare Ministry

Both of my children went to Sonshine. It is an AMAZING daycare! It is so convenient, and whenever I'm running late, the teachers are so flexible. They talk about Jesus and they read bible stories, and it is a great experience. I would also call it a preschool, they have preschool textbooks they work on, and it really helps the kids learn. My daughter is in 6th grade and she rides the bus there, and they'll watch her until I can pick her up. I 100% recommend this daycare!

I've went to Sonshine since I learned to walk. The teachers are amazing, they'll help you in any way, inside of school and outside of school. I learned how to read at four years old from Sonshine. At three years old, my brother knew how to count to twenty. I am so thankful to have that experience. I've been closer to Jesus, from Sonshine. We pray at every snack time, breakfast and lunch. One of the teachers there, draws five names out of a basket and prays for them for a month, and that is amazing, and absolutely sweet. There I learned that you are always loved, and Jesus is the one in control, so trust him!

My son absolutely loves it here. He always talks about the teachers and the children (his friends). They have playtime, lunch, naps and snacks. They let the kids play outside when it’s decent and they help teach them things like ABCs and potty training. I have seen a big change in my son. He used to be on timeout at least once a day and now I rarely hear about him on timeout. I think the rates are fair for everything they do for the children. I believe they also handle taking school aged kids to the elementary (Fairfield District) which is conviently located right next door. Also, I have to be to work by 5am and they don’t take kids until 5 am, maybe later. They have been so helpful with taking my son at 445am so I can get to work on time. I would highly recommend this daycare to everyone.
