Sonlight has been such a blessing for our family. My daughter started at age 2 and just graduated from their pre-k program and could not be more prepared for kindergarten! Ms. Tammy and her staff are truly wonderful and care for the children just like they are their own. They offer plenty of outside time, fun adventures and crafts and really make learning fun for the kids! Would highly recommend this sweet school to all!
Sonlight has been an absolute blessing to our family. I cannot give enough praise to Mrs. Tammy and her staff. Every teacher is absolutely amazing, so loving and caring towards the children, they care for them like they are their own. Mrs. Candice and Mrs. Joni has been such a blessing. When my son first started daycare, it was a hard transition for him and myself, and they were so loving and comforting for both of us. Now he has looks forward to going to Sonlight every day. Mrs. Tammy provides a such a positive and stimulating environment where children learn new skills as well as build social-emotional skills. My son has flourished and made significant progress while attending these last few years. The staff takes the time to get to know each parent and child and develop a relationship with the family. When you walk into Sonlight it is such a warm welcoming environment, and the facility and the back where the children play outside is always clean and well maintained for the children's activities. You can tell that Mrs. Tammy puts her heart into these children, and that she would do anything for them. My son comes home each day with a story about what they did that day, what fun craft or activity they got to do, and he has such excitement in his voice when he does. As a parent, I cannot ask for more. They learn about caring for others, kindness, respect and building self-confidence. During the summer they have such fun and interactive activities for the kids, such as water play that the kids absolutely love. My son always tells me that Grammy (one of the teachers) makes the best food/ snacks and has gotten him to try foods that he has no interest in at home. I can go on and on about what an amazing experience this has been for us, the staff have become a part of our family, and we appreciate everything that Sonlight Day has done for our son. I would recommend them to anyone who asks about a daycare/ preschool.
I cannot say enough good things about Sonlight child care!! The staff there is super friendly my oldest started in the preK class and he LOVED it. The curriculum and staff are so friendly and Ms Tammy goes above and beyond! Now my 2 almost 3 year old has been going for the past almost year and Ms. Joni has been an absolute Angel. He’s learned so much. The Curriculum they use is great.
