Pulled my child out this week. The staff turnover is insane. I liked almost all of the teachers there but they all would end up leaving. 4 teachers quit these past 2 weeks. That's when I said enough is enough. The owner is awful and mean to the employees. I know because the teachers would tell me. It's sad because most of the teachers and directors were so nice and caring only to see them leave after a week or couple of months. Such a disappointment. Be nicer to your employees then you can actually keep staff and maybe you would have more kids or the kids would stay!!! No one wants to drop off their child to new teacher every week or etc. Ridiculous!
Been here for a little over a year. We love it here! Teachers are awesome! My daughter loves Ms Meme and Ms Rona. They care for and love her like she was theirs. She comes home always singing a new song or telling us about shapes and letters. The support staff is great as well and never miss a beat.
My children have been here for a little over a year now and they love it. The staff is awesome, very patient and they keep the center clean. I never have to ask the staff how my child’s day was because they beat me to it every time. They do a very good job at keeping the parents informed, which I appreciate. I know that my children are in good hands when I leave them at SOA!
I've had my son here for a little over a year, and so far he has really enjoyed it. Miss Rona in particular has been a great teacher to my son. The staff is friendly, and the owner seems like a stand up guy. All in all, this is a good childcare facility.
As a resident that backs up to this center, I would be scared to leave my child here. I can only see what goes on outside on the playground and only imagine the neglect inside. The staff are never interacting with the children unless they are yelling in an ugly tone from the table that they sit on while playing on their phones. The adults dont seem too approachable and as a parent of 5 children, I would never allow my children to step 50 feet near this place. Parents, these are babysitters not teachers!!!!! These other reviews must be employees or friends of them.
